The unpredictable nature of the TV and Film industry means it is vitally important that a security company is able to meet the requirements of a schedule that changes with little warning. There have been many occasions when I have needed additional security with only a few hours notice, which Capricorn have always managed to facilitate with an enthusiastic and helpful manner.

The demanding environment in which the locations department operate whilst filming requires that the security guards become active members of the department, assisting in a way that requires detailed knowledge of the filming process. Capricorn Security provided a very high standard of protection for my film: MUSIC AT THE MINSTER; filmed in the City of Preston.

Capricorn protected TV Presenter Suzanna Taylor to a very high level indeed. The Minster is located near some rather difficult places which is invaded by drug addicts and drunks. The homeless pester and threaten passers by for money. My film involved external pieces to camera near these places. The very large film crew of over 40: plus a second unit needed to have freedom to film unhindered outside and inside the Minster. Capricorn Security UK provided that peace of mind. Their visual presence and control certainly allowed us to film without incident.

The entire shoot over several days saw millions of pounds of technical vehicles and equipment convert the Minster into a film set. Capricorn provided an outstanding 24/7 protection. Saturday 24th November required a particular high level of close protection to Talent and VIPs. Capricorn provided this to a very high level indeed. During the evening of 24th November Capricorn dealt with an medical emergency worthy of any full-time medical team. The husband of a cast member collapsed with an heart attack. Team members dealing with close protection and crowd control enshored that the patient received on the spot care and movement to hospital via Emergeny Ambulance.
